The band and Johnathan Kessler were all in London
last week and during the course of several meetings,
they discussed, amongst other things, the bands
future plans. The mood was very positive, and
Martin played the others a couple of new ideas he's
been working on. It looks very likely that the band
will be in the studio next year. David, Andy, and
Johnathan were all in New York this weekend to
support the bands accountant, Ronnie Harris, who
was running in a marathon, and to cheer him on from
a couple of points along the rout. The band heartily
congratulates Ronnie, who was running to raise
money for the Norwood Ravenswood Trust, a
charity dedicated to the needs of handicapped
children

Article: We would like to thank all the people who have
contacted us with their concerns over human rights
issues, and the animal welfare issues, following the
use of the song "Just Cant Get Enough" in the Gap's
TV commercal for leather clothing.

Just for the record, the Gap re-recorded "Just Cant
Get Enough" for this commercial, and since the song
was not written by a current band member, the banb's
permission was not required, and Depeche Mode are
not receiving any payment.
